The chart is just showing what the hardest language to learn for most native english speakers is. obviously there will be exceptions. the chart basically is talking about people whos mother tongue is english and did not learn any other language at a young age.. Learning serbian language will make your life easier if you are planning to live or work in serbia or in region. some people say that serbian is one of the hardest languages to learn. keep in mind that serbian grammar is a very complex.. Serbian slovak slovenian turkish ukrainian. what do you think is the most difficult language to learn among all the southeast asian languages? is the pakistan language difficult to learn? is norwegian a difficult language? is hungarian one of the most difficult languages to learn?.
From my point of view serbian is the hardest language to learn. i completely agree with those of you who say that all slavic languages are quite similar and hard. however, i must emphasize the fact that people who speak serbian can understand most of even all other slavic languages, but it is not the same the other way around.. Official stats. if you’re looking for official statistics, the defense language institute (where they teach members of the cia foreign languages!) has organized languages into four categories, the 1st category being the easiest, and the 4th category being the hardest languages to learn for english speakers.. If there is a language in this list you would like to learn and it is in a high difficult category, don’t let this stop you from learning it. even if they are ranked as difficult, it does not mean that they are impossible to learn and maybe it is not hard for you at all..
